FOUNDER
Patrick Lilly
Patrick Lilly has been a successful residential real estate broker in New York for 30+ years. His passion for personal and professional growth along with his desire to travel fueled Patrick’s evolution into a certifiable “Conference Junkie”. The creation of a network of amazing brokers, with big hearts who love to share, was one of the side benefits of this journey.
In 2007, Patrick earned his life coaching credentials. He conducts seminars throughout the world on discovering one’s essence and purpose in life.
In 2013, Patrick founded the ‘invitation only’ REV as well as Real Estate Success Rocks, which is open to all realtors. RESR airs a weekly podcast and hosts an annual conference.
Patrick has sold over a Billion Dollars in Real Estate and more than 1,000 homes. A few of Patrick’s honors include:

Patrick divides his time between a New York City apartment, a stone house upstate, and pursing his greatest passion in life: traveling the world.
